• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message or call from our support team.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 4–5 working days for most major cities in Pakistan.

• For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

• Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unexpected events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is offered on orders above Rs. [insert your threshold, e.g. Rs. 3000].

• A standard delivery fee of Rs. [insert amount, e.g. Rs. 200] may apply to orders below the free shipping limit.

• Any applicable shipping fees will be shown clearly at checkout before order confirmation.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.

• Please ensure that you are available at the delivery address to receive and pay for your order.

• Repeated order cancellations or refusal to accept COD parcels may result in account restrictions or order limitations.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link via SMS or email.

• You can use this link to monitor your parcel’s status and estimated delivery date.

6. Delays and Exceptions

• Mighty Cart is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen situations (e.g. weather, strikes, public holidays).

• If your order is delayed for more than 7 working days, please contact our support team for assistance.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and items received.

• Our team will review and assist in resolving the issue promptly.

8. Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your delivery address and contact details before confirming your order.

• Mighty Cart will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Mighty Cart only delivers within Pakistan.
